String Theory Gear Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing String Theory Gear for your tee shirt and apparel needs. Here's the rundown on our shipping policy:

Domestic Shipping:

  • We are a US-based company and currently only ship within the United States.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated.

  • We offer standard shipping options with delivery times ranging from 3-7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery; please refer to the checkout page for pricing and delivery estimates.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Please note:

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • String Theory Gear is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers or factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or holidays.

  • In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

String Theory Gear Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from String Theory Gear. If you're not entirely satisfied with your tee shirt order, here's what you need to know about our return policy:

  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

  • To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at stringtheorygear@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

  • Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid return label to send the item(s) back to us.

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method or process the exchange.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part or the item was defective.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Personalized or custom-made items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless there was a mistake on our end.
